Hey guys, long time no talk. We are sorry for the long wait, but we have set up something we have been planning for several months now. We have finally created a Youtube account!! We are super excited to present our channel to everyone ^^ It will consist of beauty/fashion/miscellaneous videos! Scheduling when to film and edit the videos, what videos we would make, and how to set up the account have been the cause of the slight drawback. What's In My Travel Makeup Bag?

Hello Makeup Enthusiasts! I am back with a 'what's in my travel makeup bag' post haha. Because it is summer vacay time, I travel more often which means my travel makeup bag is constantly packed. It is crucial to bring all your summer essentials without bringing your entire makeup collection. SO, I would like to give you guys some ideas from sharing my travel makeup bag. I, like many of you, am guilty of wanting to bring every makeup brush and every lipstick I own haha, but it simply just adds extra weight to your luggage. 

Here are some guidelines and tips to minimizing your travel makeup bag:

1. foundation/concealer coverage - Try bringing one that has an all-in-one property. 

**Ex: Maybelline Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB ; Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-1** 

I personally enjoy using a BB/Foundation cushion because it blurs out imperfections (can vary from light to heavy coverage, but most cushion coverages are quite buildable), adds moisture to the skin, and contains sunscreen properties.

2. powder - A powder with a matte-finish/dewy-finish is up to your liking! 

** Ex: Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Powder ; Makeup Forever HD Powder**

I like to travel with powders that have a retractable function because it creates a cleaner experience.

3. eyeshadow - I would suggest eyeshadow palettes that consists of about 4-6 shades ranging from light to dark. 

**Ex: quad palettes such as MAC Pedro Lourenco Nude Quad ; Dior 5-Color Lift Eyeshadow Palettes ; Revlon Colorstay Quad Palettes** 

If your palette includes blushes/bronzers, that's a plus!

4. brushes - A set of travel makeup brushes is an essential for all travelers. It helps minimize space and maximize efficiency. A brush set that consists of 3-4 brushes should be enough (blush/powder, eyeshadow, foundation, angled brush) 

**Ex: Bobbi Brown Desert Twilight mini brush set ; Sephora Collection Gold Crackle Mini Brush Set**

5. blush/bronzer - There are so many duo sets on the market that consists of both blush and bronzer. Again, it minimizes space and maximizes efficiency. 

** Ex: NARS Blush/Bronzer Powder Duo ; e.l.f. Contouring Blush and Bronzing Cream duo**

6. eyelash curler/mascara - Bring an eyelash curler to perk up them lashes, along with your favorite mascara. I suggest waterproof mascara bc not only do they have waterproof qualities, they also last longer and perkier on your lashes. 

** Ex: Urban Decay Cannonball Ultra Waterproof Mascara ; Clinique High Impact Waterproof Mascara**

7. lips - I suggest packing two lip products that are two completely different shades, such as a nude and a bold lipstick. This way, you can choose from a more natural/casual lip color during the daytime, and then change it up to a bolder/brighter color for the evening. 

** Ex: Buxom Two of a Kind ; BITE  Luminous Creme Lipstick Duo**

I love bringing lip tints everywhere with me because it has longer-lasting effect, and they have a more natural finish on your lips!!

Hey guys! I hope you guys have been enjoying the festive season this winter~ I am here to review the Laneige New Basic Duo Set! Laneige is a South Korean brand that is owned by Amore Pacific. It is highly-known for their product's ability to revitalize and enhance the skin with their skincare products, and they also carry makeup products as well. I have been using these products for about two weeks now, and I can already see the difference in my skin. I had been searching for skincare products that would do a good job of moisturizing my skin. Because of the winter season, my skin has been very irritated and dry._. BUT I also wanted the skin products to have a specific fragrant, and Laneige products was the one for me! The set that I had bought came with the Laneige Power Essential Skin Refiner_Moisture, Balancing Emulsion_Moisture, Water Bank Essence_EX, Water Bank Moisture Cream_EX, Water Sleeping Pack_EX. The main purpose of this set is to add moisture to the skin and hydrate the skin. The price of Laneige New Basic Duo Set is approximately $72, which I think is a reasonable price for the exceptional results^^ HOWEVER. Remember that not all skincare products work well for everyone. This particular set is recommended for dry to normal skin types, so if you can, try asking for a sample tester! Anyways, this kit completely saved my skin, and I'm happy with this purchase c:
